George and Rob were awesome! They were on time, professional, and did amazing work! They replaced my kitchen sink, redid the plumbing underneath, and replaced my shower nozzle and diverted. I would highly recommended 1-Tom-Plumber!

Horrible experience. We had a late night call and the best the guy could do was cut the lip and add some switches so we could turn the main house water back on. Great we were fine with that. We were told they would be in touch with us the next day to finish the bathtub issue but in the morning we should go to Home Depot and get the kit for the tub handles. Great we go early in the morning to buy what we were told and by 10 am we still hadn’t gotten a phone call so my husband calls them to make sure they’re coming. The woman patches him through to I’m assuming a plumber and he tells him he’s working on a job but they will come later. Fine we were home all day. 4:00 rolls around and we call again and they tell my husband they don’t have the piece and we’re waiting to hear back because “his wife was going to tell them what color finish she wanted”. WHAT? Me being his wife who spoke to no one in the company other than thanking the original plumber for coming so late, has no idea what they’re talking about. We called another guy who literally got the job done in 30 minutes. My husband ended the call with okay fine they would get the piece they needed and come to our home on Monday which was two days later. WE NEVER EVEN GOT A PHONE CALL FOR THAT. Thank god we went with someone else.

George from 1-TOM-PLUMBER was great! He rescued us from the world’s most annoying faucet and fixed a toilet that had been running too loud and using too much water. George was timely and worked quickly while not waking a sleeping baby. Ninja skills! We would definitely recommend him!
