This team is awesome, I used them 5 years ago to install an A/C unit, that I purchased somewhere else, 1 day ago, unit stopped working, I called, nice lady told me the costs to come out, look and repair would be more, then had the technician there in 90 minutes! he discovered issue, fixed issue, a total pro, very fair price, - this is the right team to call when in need,

Had two ductless units installed less then 2 years ago. Got two seasons out of it when it totally drained of refrigerant. Placed a call to see if they could come out and take a look at it and they said it will cost $110 every half hour for the technician. When asked why because it was recently installed, they told me that's their rate. I had another technician come for a quarter of the price. He tested it and said that one of the head units was leaking and probably was due to installation error and/or a defective product. He told me to contact the installation company because it was installed so recently. Upon calling them back and stating what the problem was and asking if they would stand by the product and their install they said no. They would come to the house and charge me the same as if they did not sell and install this product. Bottom line this company does not stand by their products and more importantly their installations. I would never recommend them.

Technician was prompt & corrected CAC Problem . HAVE BEEN USING ACS for several years .... have had units repaired & replaced. I MUST COMMEND NICK P, technician on call. He has serviced our units before & done annual check ups. I WOILD LIKE THIS MESSAGE ADDDED TO HIS FILE . Nick has ALWSYS BEEN PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL and AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.. PERHAPS YOU SHOULD CONSIDER HAVING HIM TRAIN ALL YOUR NEW TECHS AS TO HOW TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES WITH CLIENTS.

Was at our house three hours after we called during a heatwave. Fixed the AC quickly and for a fair price. Very happy will use again.
