Michelle Lomler5 StarEasy to book appointment, great communication from co about what time plumber was arriving, etc. Plumber was great, explained everything clearly, was neat and careful in my home. Job was completed in timely manner and the workspace was left more clean than it was when he arrived!Monday 24th March 2025
Stanley Decatrel5 StarOur plumber, James, was exceptionally nice! He explained everything very clearly and was very efficient. I thought the price for what was done, including the pricing for possible future projects, was expensive, but I needed the job done quickly and they a fine job.Monday 24th March 2025
Kris Fiore1 StarWe had a plumber from Ben Franklin in our home on August 26 to fix leaky pipes in my mother's bathroom. Today, I came home to my basement apartment in her home and found it flooded. The "plumber" who was here put aluminum baking trays in the ceiling tile to catch water (you can still see a couple up there), told my 81 year old mother everything was "hunky dory", collected his payment and left. I have multiple ceiling tiles down, a wet and filthy carpet, a ruined hardwood floor that's buckled from the water, and a new plumbing bill to pay. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Caveat emptor!!Tuesday 15th October 2024
