Outstanding partnership, service, and support! I've been using Dashing Dan's for all of our plumbing, heating, and cooling needs for 4-5 years now and could not be happier. The scheduling is always spot-on, the work quality is excellent, and the crews are professional (and potentially more importantly, keep any affected work areas clean). I do not purchase service contracts or extended warranties for pretty much anything else, but have had a service contract with Dashing Dan's for several years and has covered basic service calls, heating and cooling start-ups/check-ups, and been worth every single dollar. It is so difficult to find a contractor that you feel is a partner to addressing the needs and challenges of your home, and I'm happy to say Dashing Dan's has been that for us. Completely recommended.

Long post. First off, Thank you for all you have done. Not only servicing my machine and coming back a few days later to identity and fix a slab leak. After fixing the leak and trying to save me money on time, we noticed the machine wasnt cycling hot water correctly. To our horror, the machine I had was incorrectly installed by whoever the previous owner had and serviced incorrectly by another local company that allowed me to suffer for almost 2 years. The machine unfortunately was not serviced by everyone so I was stuck with that company before. However, Dashing Dan did not allow me to suffer anymore! They explained to me my options of trying to fix the old machine, offerred me financing options for a new machine, and explained the likelihood of what could happen with my old machine again. Me and my wife decided to replace the tankless water heater unit we had with the recommended Navien. This was very costly to us and I appreciate how sympathetic you were to everything I have been through last year and current in my household and the major repairs I did thoughout 2022 that I am still dealing with. I feel better knowing I have a machine that works, correctly installed, and explained. Sound of mind, that I can call on you to simply come out to show me how to work it and maintenance it annually. You just do not know what this means to us. Maybe we could have found cheaper, another quick fix, but we were just going to be taken for another ride by anyone else. So thank you all from the bottom of our heart. Please continue to remember your customers. Thank you for my new shiny set-up.

Dashing Dan’s provided us with a free estimate for our residential gas furnace replacement, which included an explanation of alternatives. The equipment we chose was delivered to our home at 7am the very next day, and the job was completed in one day’s work by two of their experienced installers. The finished job looks great and operates great. Highly recommend Dashing Dan’s for your furnace needs and service.

Dashing Dan’s is an amazing company, they arrived when they said they would and answered all my questions and made me feel very confident with them. Bret came to do my job and he was absolutely amazing and kind! He took the time to explain everything to me, was courteous, polite and an extremely hard worker ! I will be using this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone and also recommend Bret, thank you for your wonderful workman ship and kindness!!!
