Chris and his family responded to a request to evaluate my septic system when I bought a new house. They took the time to explain to me the pros and cons of my system. They explained the maintenance I needed to have completed now, and what might come in the future based on the way my system was designed. They got right to work on my system and completed their work quickly. They also left my yard in very nice condition, despite having had to do some digging. Definitely recommend!

I was recommended to East Nor and Chris to help with my cesspool pump out. Their prices are higher than most companies, and had aerating and chemical 3 times over 1 year. I had lost my job during COVID and Chris had pumped my cesspool and we spoke about no aerating or chemical due to my finances on the last visit. As the expert Chris did not explain the importance of Aerating and Chemical, so we left off that we will see how long it lasts. To my shock it did not last 3 weeks!. I called in distress when my toilet was not flushing and expected some type of courtesy to aerate and put chemical. The response was we don't guarantee our work or care to help you with cost, we will come and you will have to pay full price!. I was told, call another company, if I am not satisfied! Wow!!! Shocking, as the Owner, he could have made a price consideration 1 time.I did not expect him to come for Free! But Things happen for Reasons and I found a better Company that has full services for cesspools and better pricing!

My main sewer line was backed up midst a renovation which put the breaks on further bathroom work. Chris showed up a 1/2 hr after my initial call and gave me some direction on what might be happening with the cesspool. He cleared the pipe in a 20 minutes and offered some helpful tips for the renovations I was doing. A little pricier than a typical roto call but diagnosis and thoughtful longer term considerations was worth the little bit extra.

I have used a couple different companies and no one comes close to East Nor! Showed up at my house on Christmas Eve @4pm. I had family coming over and of course I get a back up. Arrived at my house 2 hours after my phone call. They are carful to not damage your lawn and pricing is comparable to the rest. East Nor is the only call I will make from now on!

Routine maintenance on cesspool. Since it was newer system there was some additional pieces that needed to be added to enable the cleanout.Other companies over quoted, didn't quote or never returned the call. Chris and his family were responsive, reasonable and professional and LOCAL! Love to support local business before during and after COVID!
