Colleen was once again excellent on the phone, handling our service request with kindness, efficiency, and promptness. We received an “on my way” notification, and technician Phil arrived shortly after. He wiped his feet, fixed the heat, and communicated clearly throughout the process. He was professional, neat, and tidy. As longtime customers, we continue to be impressed, and as a real estate agent, I’ve referred many clients who are just as satisfied with Flynn. Thank you! Phil was punctual and listened very carefully as I explained the problem I was having with the heating system. He was very patient, asked a lot of questions, was very thorough in navigating a remedy to the problem. He serviced the burner and left the place clean. He was very pleasant. I would certainly call Flynn-Aire again, if need be, and recommend them to friends and family.

I had service this morning from your repairman Phil. He was absolutely outstanding!! Not only did he fix our heat but he saw another problem with our water heater and took care of that as well. Flynn Aire has been great since we signed up for maintenance. Knowledgeable, responsive and local. Shaun's tune up visit was pleasant, prompt and efficient. He was very respectful of our time and house while doing a comprehensive job.

This tech diagnosed my issues wrong. I paid them almost 700 for me to not have heat 1 hour after the tech left and had changed the allegedly broken piece. I called as an emergency the next morning and the tech couldn't make it until after 4 hours. I ended up calling another company and they were able to come and help me within the hour, and I was told what was broken was a different part of my heating system. Now I have it working again. I was afraid something was going to freeze and break which did happen by the way, for how cold it was out. Now I don't have water in my kitchen sink due to the heating issue. I'm very disappointed. Then I asked the emergency tech to help me out with a refund because now I had to pay the same fee twice for 2 different companies of which this company could not fix. So if it wasn't fixed I want my money back
