its kinda funny because the staff on the floor is very nice and helpful
but ironically when you deal with customer service you get these arrogant employees who want to do anything but help the customer
i was literally denied a return because i used my license too much LOL
on another note
i had a quote from their home services
this guy was RUDE!!!!!!
walked around my house
told me to shut my dog up!
had to ask him to leave
after getting a ridiculous quote on my gutters and siding
and also although i am not a veteran myself
they do not support our troops one bit
if your a veteran you'll know what I'm talking about
