Went to get 20F of 1 1/4 poly pipe today, salesman charged me $7.95 for one feet…used to be $1.49 per feet, until now!!!….. His excuse? Prices are up and other seller in this store made a mistake and sold me for much cheaper price… so basically 20f poly pipe cost me $178, nice!!!….. even though store itself is great, and most sales persons are super nice, sometimes u get this “special” guy…. Its really unpleasant when someone tries to make a fool of u …..difference between two receipts 6 days

The store did have the stuff I needed, but prices were more than other stores. Return policy is terrible 7 days. Charges fees for credit card. Charge 15% restocking fee.

Today is Friday June 4th 2021. I called Wednesday the 2nd of June regarding a shower base with 2 thresholds front an right 48 inches NY 36 inches. The person I was speaking with that had an hispanic accent told me they had 2 in stock. 1 fiberglass and one Acrylic but the price on the latter was nearly double. I could choose and purchase one. Well now home with no shower base, driving an hour or more to the store and 2 hours home have nothing but wasted time and fuel spent needlessly. The first guy T the counter. A person with an hispanic accent was helping me then a white dude took over and without checking the computer said they have nothing. I explained my earlier conversation and he dismissed it saying no company has what you want. When leaving the gates were being closed I honestly think the item was there but this jackals wanted to start his weekend and dismissed me and another. I was told this place was the best but my first impression is they are the worst and I will never go there again. Too boot during the phone conversation Wednesday they wanted my credit card info to purchase the item before I seen it. Miguel I heard good things about you but now I'm very optimistic.

I went in to buy a sink and they are super attentive and helpful. Cesar and Michael helped me in the showroom and they both knew what they where talking about. They showed interest in what they where doing and it was a great experience there. 10/10 would go again.
