I can’t thank Jet air enough. The evening of Super Bowl I noticed my house was freezing. I called Jet air the next morning and they showed up at my house within one hour. Unfortunately, I needed a new boiler and we were expecting a huge snow storm the following day. The family ran business was dealing with a death in the family, yet they started the job immediately and worked tirelessly for two days through the snow storm. The owner took multiple calls from me as I was trying to understand exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. They Replaced my boiler with an energy efficient model and completed the job before I had major issues from pipes freezing. They took the time to explain everything to us, the service worker that initially showed up(I wish I could remember his name and thank him) was very kind and sympathetic. We are fairly new homeowners and he truly helped us make the best choice for our lifestyle. They gave us a great deal, waived the service charge and even offered interest free refinancing, Which was 100% needed considering the unexpected expense. I spent one night in a hotel and expected to come home to a huge mess considering they were in and out of my house knee deep in snow. It was as if they were never there. My house was as clean as I left it. My husbands friend looked at the job they did and he said it was A1.

JetAir just installed my wall mounted, modulating, gas, condensing, combination boiler and I couldn’t be happier. From the professionalism of the owner to the expertise and workmanship of the crew it was an amazing experience. If you want your HVAC jobs done properly and professionally then Jet Air is the way to go!!! Highly recommended!!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Jet Air from start to finish. They were super friendly and responsive from the moment I contacted them for a quote to convert from oil to gas. Jon was super informative and detailed about all options available and guided his recommendations based on my mere mention of future expansion of bathroom backed up to boiler. They offered finance options and were able to start and finish the project immediately. When I had questions Jon called me personally late evenings and truly was an honest, kind and knowledgeable professional. His team even made multiple mentions of how he makes sure they have the best of the best equipment/tools to do the job such as a special electrical lift to help rid the old broiler without breaking their backs. The finished job was neat and truly perfected to allow us the best possible outcome! Thank you Jet Air we will be referring you for years to come!!

My family has been using Jet Air's services for over a decade now and now being a homeowner myself I was happy to start using their plumbing services too. I had a few heating issues that I was worried might be a big problem to fix, but the Joe the technician took care of everything I needed and was incredibly helpful. Good service, great quality, and very easy to get in contact with while being on top of keeping you in the loop of when a technician will be there were all major positives and I would recommend these guys to anybody in a heartbeat.
