We were again impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and passion. All the installers had their job done with a personal touch, kind and courteous. The whole job was done in a day, and in a very neat way. This is definitely a five-star company! I have worked with MasterPHC for many years - they installed heating system in a previous home and they installed the central air conditioning in our current home. After the recent storm, our A/C went out and Master was there that day to diagnose the problem, and they repaired it very quickly. Master has a great staff who work hard for their customers; the repair technicians are professional and know their stuff, and the business as a whole is honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended! As usual, MasterPHC was there to the rescue. My heat stopped working and Joe, one of the owners, had Rob there within 1 hour to give an honest assessment that resulted in my heat being restored within 1 hour. Highly recommend this company. Responsive, professional and respectful to the house. Rob even wore protective covering for his shoes so he wouldn’t get my house dirty. Nice touch and very appreciated. I had a fantastic experience with MasterPHC. It started with Jamie promptly arriving and explaining the problem with my system. I then received a quote in only a few hours. Mike and Pat arrived PROMPTLY at 8am the next day. They put tarps on all the floors and plastic on the stairs before starting work each day. Overall, the team is competent, professional and clean. I Highly recommend MasterPHC. I am a happy customer - five stars all around. From the initial quote to customers service to the actual job. We replaced our oil heating system to a more efficient gas heating system and the job was executed to perfection. The guys we super professional and very clean. I really like the fact that they were very concerned about keeping my hardwood floors intact. Once again, great job guys! Keep up the good work. I had my central air conditioning and water heater replaced. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and accommodating. They took the time to explain their suggestions and answer all of my questions. The installers did a great job. They were very efficient, finishing the job in less time than predicted. Everything was left clean and neat. They even returned the items they had to move to their original locations. I would definitely recommend them.

Used Master Plumbing for oil to natural gas conversion and am very pleased with their work. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again. They arrived when they said they would for each day, completed the job in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the updated system they installed. The old oil tank and outdated furnace were replaced with a modern system that takes up less space and is less costly to run as well as being cleaner and more efficient. I highly recommend Master for this or any other plumbing need!

We moved into our home a few years ago. Our boiler was original, probably 70 yrs old. In less than two days, our boiler was removed and we had an updated system installed. From giving us an estimate to install and payment, we were very satisfied. They were punctual, explained the system, ensured that we were happy, and even put down mats so they wouldn't track dirt in the house. We are very satisfied and would recommend.

Got a new system installed last year and at 10 pm the other night the upstairs heat wouldn’t go on, we have a newborn so called right away and they got someone out to us by 10:30 and had it all fixed and on by 11, so happy with them

What a waste of time Want to charge $170 for a simple estimate I found a mother company who right away came to my house gave me a good price for free This company want it me to pay $170 and they were goin to bill me right at the spot for the job Is like singing a contract in blank and then you just get a big bill on top

They called before arrival, sent a picture of their technician and his name (Chris Martin) he was excellent ! Knowledgeable, worked very neatly, diagnose the problem, gave a quote before the work was done, once I approved, he went right to work, at the completion of the job, there were no additional charges!
