Their response was incredibly fast; they arrived at my house within an hour and swiftly resolved the issue. Steve1 StarScheduled an appointment for Roto-rooter technician to give a price quote for installing a new dishwasher (take out the old dishwasher and put in the new one). Guess how much the price is? $975 plus parts and taxes. My first reaction was I thought I heard wrong, so I asked again. Yeah, it is $975 plus parts and taxes. The guy saw me asked again and then said I can give you a $75 discount. Not sure how the technician came up with the $975 for installing a dishwater. Expensive this word is just not enough to describe. With that price, no way I could accept the service. Good thing is Roto-rooter doesn't charge for estimate.Saturday 11th May 2024

He fixed my toilet which seemed to not be able to be fixed and then informed me of how single ply toilet paper is good, blue toilet cleaner discs are bad. Who comes up with pricing when these clowns are dispatched to do a job?
The “team” that cleaned out my clogged drain wanted to charge me $630.00 for a job which, ultimately, took less than one hour to complete!
Then when I rebutted, they “adjusted” their quote to $375.00 after claiming to talk to management for a more reasonable price.
Your business is nothing more than a shill!

AJ2 StarSitting here five days later- have requested the follow up appointment with camera technician to verify clearing work of sewer line - have left multiple voice mails & text messages STILL No return calls or text.
Intial response was Not what operator said - NO advance call from technician- he just shows up. Seems he was on phone getting directions from someone. Never explained our options- just stated for him to do anything the COST was $630 never mentioned that did not include TAX!
Proceed to go in & out of wet basement tracking muddy boots- staining carpet. Whole deal very unprofessional as compared to other certified Union Plumbers that we have dealt with in the past. I would be hesitant to give this group a referral as of right now. Feel they take advantage of the elderly & retired Sr. Citizens, in stressful times. Actually thinking about it now it is not a 2 Star review- more like 1/2 star. They did drain the basement utility sink. But left a Mess. They only care about upselling reclamation & other services. I keep calling & mo one bothers to call & deliver the services i paid over 630 dollars for less than 45 minutes worth of work- feel the take advantage of the elderly!!! Stay away learn from my mistake!!!!!Friday 22nd March 2024
