We contacted Total Restoration when we found water in the basement and didn’t know where it was coming from. Duel and his team responded right away and found the broken pipe! Duel was excellent with helping us, as we have never experienced this before and had no idea how to go about reporting to the insurance company. I highly recommend this company! Especially Duel! He knows his stuff!!

Never have I worked with such a capable company - in every way! From my first interaction with Dan, upon finding water in my completely finished basement and immediately reaching out on a Facebook group for recommendations… He returned my call within minutes and went into action -sending over a crew and then hooking me up with a plumber. Huge PS… this was the night before Thanksgiving!!! We ended up discovering that the source of the water was a broken pipe in my kitchen, buried in the slab, and my house would have to be destroyed to get to it. So aside from having the most amazing, thorough staff, who meticulously packed our things, protected the rest of my house, stored hundreds of boxes and furniture, cleaned rugs (and eventually the entire house in preparation for new construction), and then moved us back in, Dan literally quarterbacked the entire project, advising us on how to proceed and resources to engage in. Even when it was not his responsibility in his specific role, he stepped in to guide us and hold our hands. Needless to say, although we had tremendous perspective throughout, this ordeal was somewhat traumatizing. I know it sounds a bit dramatic, but I don’t know that we could have managed this experience with the grace we mustered, without Dan and Total Restoration. They were a godsend in the truest sense of the word. HIGHEST recommendation I have, and can EVER give to any company/person. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Joey Ortiz and the rest of the Total Restoration team are exceptional professionals who were phenomenal to work with, after we sustained water damage in our basement and main floor. Joey is an extremely personable and trustworthy professional, and I would highly recommend him and the company for your restoration and clean up. He is a total straight shooter, took his time to explain the entire process, was extremely knowledgeable, and put us at ease and helped deal with our insurance company. In a matter of a day, the clean up crew showed up on-time, with all their equipment, gutted and completely dried out our basement, and worked with our insurance company to file a claim. They also took great care to make sure our home remained clean and damage-free, including putting up a temporary barrier to prevent fine dust mess, and covering all of our possessions in watertight bags. Every single employee was both friendly and capable, and everything was spotless after they finished up. The quality of work, not to mention everyone's superior attitudes was highly impressive, and they made our home look brand new. Honest, high-quality work is hard to come by nowadays, but Joey and his team should be the industry standard. Do not hesitate to call them for any of your needs.

I can’t imagine anybody doing a better job in a crisis situation than TRI. We had an apartment flood and TRI was in the scene with all the needed equipment in about 40 minutes. Our furniture was saved by their quick actions and our emotional distress was calmed, as much as possible under the circumstances, by very experienced professionals. Then when it was time to dispose of damaged belongings and storage of the good stuff, TRI handled it all for us. Now recently after the restoration was completed, they delivered it all back to us in perfect condition. They even cleaned the rug. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Better yet, don’t have a flood!!

We reached out to Total Restoration after an unfortunate flood in our basement. Their responsiveness as well as their advice and direction were greatly appreciated by us, as homeowners. Mike and his crew at Total Restoration were professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entirety of our demo. They took care moving debris out of the house, protecting unaffected items and structural areas as carefully as possible. They employed fans and dehumidifiers to dry the surfaces of our floor and walls. They were unobtrusive, professional, and courteous at every encounter we had with them. I copied an excerpt from my text dated March 22nd, 2024 when the Total Restoration crew was here doing the initial demo.. “….Your guys are doing great, btw. Very clean, right on time, etc.. Thanks, Bob” And a second except dated today, April 23rd, 2024, after their return for the final clearing after the home owner’s insurance dust had settled.. “….Thanks for getting the guys here so quickly. They were great as usual. Neat, courteous, and professional.“ In short, Total Restoration made an otherwise stressful event as easy and stress free as possible for my wife and me, and we both greatly appreciate and highly recommend them.
